E&M Works

Good water and electricity arrangements can make the work process smooth. The key tasks include:

  • Location and distribution of water and electricity, power testing and issuance of WR2 certificate
  • Air-conditioning installation, cleaning repair and maintenance arrangements
  • Ventilation system and ducts of the restaurant
  • Issuing certificates of environmental protection, ventilation, fire protection, gas and electricity safety
  • The kitchen transports water hood, exhaust air cabinet and air hose

Kitchen Planning

  • Equipments for kitchen decoration and customized cooking supplies include: kitchen stoves, stainless steel knives, banquet meal stoves, stainless steel kitchen utensils, induction cookers, instant food equipment, baking equipment, commercial refrigerators, refrigerators, ice machines and fresh-keeping cabinets, etc.

Equipment Arrival

  • Clean up the site and engineering waste, so that the restaurant can start training and other preparations as soon as possible
  • We will only charge according to the quotation and try to avoid additional additional expenses
  • For internal and external engineering acceptance, we will take at least three days to complete the follow-up work

Follow up Stage​

  • Decoration follow-up will continue to support within 60 days
  • If the shop encounters minor maintenance problems, we will also provide customers with quotations and arrange maintenance services as soon as possible
  • After the food and beverage license is issued, we will provide customers with all inquiries about the license hygiene regulations and current government license policies
